I've always had a passion for real estate. Its all I know and I've designed my life that way. My approach to real estate is different from how the normal agent approaches it. I am not you're typical agent; I'm more of anadviser. The traditional real estate agent can only assist you when you are ready to buy or sellbecausethat is the only time they stand to benefit, who can blame them. That is why my business revolves around the consulting aspect of real estate. I provide all clients with a need based analysis and then bill them hourly, a la carte, or per project based on their needs. If a client ends up choosing me as their agent to buy, sell, or both, then I credit them 50% of what they paid me from mycommission. Its a win win solution and I'm sure you appreciate the quality and flexibility of service we provide.
