Appl. No.:
17/036955
Inventors:
- Sandy UT, US
Jed W. Taylor - South Jordan UT, US
Timothy Eugene Pranger - Eagle Mountain UT, US
Kurt Forsberg - American Fork UT, US
International Classification:
H04N 7/14
G06F 3/0484
H04N 5/232

G06Q 20/04
G06Q 20/32
H04L 29/06
H04N 5/265
G06F 3/14
Abstract:
Systems and methods are disclosed for establishing a video connection between a client device and a support terminal while enabling the support terminal to concurrently push display element triggers to the client device through a separate connection. In particular, a display element trigger can cause the client device to display, within a dual pane display of the client device, a display element within one pane and a video chat in another pane. The display element can include a check deposit element that enables a user of the client device to capture one or more images of a check and then transmit the image(s) for deposit by the support terminal during a video chat. The support terminal can analyze the image(s) of the check to identify check deposit data and then deposit the check accordingly while a support representative communicates with the user of the client device via the video chat.

US Patent:
20190251359, Aug 15, 2019
Filed:
Feb 12, 2019
Appl. No.:
16/273972
Inventors:
- Sandy UT, US
Jed W. Taylor - Eagle Mountain UT, US
Timothy Eugene Pranger - South Jordan UT, US
Catharine Sparks - Preston ID, US
International Classification:
G06K 9/00
G06F 16/783
Abstract:
This disclosure relates to an emotive recognition and feedback system that identifies emotive states of users within a video chat session and determines communication recommendations based on the interaction of the participants' emotive states. For instance, the emotive recognition and feedback system analyzes a video data to determine the participants' individual emotive states. Based on mapping the participants' individual emotive states, the emotive recognition and feedback system can determine a communication recommendation for the video chat. Additionally, the emotive response system provides graphical user interfaces that presents the communication recommendation to the video chat participants. The emotive recognition and feedback system can perform real-time analysis and feedback or delayed analytics of previously performed video chats.

Filed:
Oct 15, 2018
Appl. No.:
16/160379
Inventors:
- Sandy UT, US
Timothy Eugene Pranger - Eagle Mountain UT, US
International Classification:
H04N 7/14
H04N 7/08

H04N 5/265
G06Q 40/02
H04N 5/232
G06F 3/0484
G06F 3/14
Abstract:
Systems and methods are disclosed for generating a workflow and notifying a user of the workflow using a variety of communication channels. For example, in one or more embodiments, a system generates a workflow comprising a plurality of tasks and one or more display elements corresponding to the workflow tasks. Subsequently, the system sends a first notification to a user regarding the first task via a first communication channel (e.g., a mobile application) and sends a second notification via a second communication channel (e.g., email). If the system receives a user selection of one of the notifications from a client device associated with the user, the system can subsequently provide a first display element corresponding to the first task to the client device via the corresponding communication channel.
