I was was born and raised in Dallas. Attended Woodrow Wilson High School, Hockaday and SMU. I became a realestate agent in 1976 and soon after took my Broker exam. My husband and I opened a small real estate office in Richardson, Texas. I was teaching at the time and was able to sell many of my teacher friends and acquaintences homes. In 1984 we moved north to get out of some of the congestion and came to McKinney. My Husband, Frank, has a love for commercial real estate and has sold businesses, churches, warehouses, apartment complexes and mobile home parks. He is extremely knowledgeable and if you have any questions about when to buy, how to buy, what to buy to get the return you want, he is the personj to talk with. All of my experience has been in the residential market and I derive great joy being able to find the right house for a couple or family that is wanting to buy their first house, move up to a larger house, or buy a house to rent and hold to help pay for their childs college.
