As he goes to the line, Ryan Elvins eyes find his mom Deirdre Elvin in the stands. Its not intentional. It just happens. Almost like Scott Elvin, Ryans dad who died in October of 2021 at age 50 from an illness that baffled the doctors, is somehow guiding his sons eyes there.
