Skills:
My relevant qualifications include an Associate Degree in Computer and Networking Technology. Also of note, are my most recent positions as a Microcomputer Technologist Level 3, Technology Coordinator at Lone Star College and AV equipment installer. In these roles, I was responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining all computers, printers, podiums, projectors, conference rooms, IP phones, iPads, iPhones, Tablets, and software deployed in conference and training rooms, Student Labs and Staff offices, as well as Network connectivity troubleshooting and cabling lay out and termination, along with the installation or troubleshooting of Crestron, Extron, AMX, Cisco, Polycom, Biamp and Tekvox Audio Visual equipment. During my tenure, I was able to maintain a constant high quality of work, along with excellent customer service.
