Assessments are a strong point for me clinically. I write well, and enjoy the doing the evaluation. I am able to think creatively as well as critically, enabling me to solve problems effecitively and efficiently. I have worked in many environments over the years, and I have developed a level of comfort with all populations. I am sensitive to cultural, gender, and ethnic differences, and to the fact that differences still occur even within those given populations. I have a genuine desire to help people make changes in their lives and I bring enthusiasm to the job every day. I take that extra step to make certain that the environment is a good one on all levels- beginning with my own attitude.
