Welcome to FLORIDA! Home of the brave. Like many of you, I come from a bit North of here, but have been happy to call Tampa home since 1979. I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, graduated from Kutztown University, and taught school in New Jersey. I also met my husband in New Jersey and that is how I ended up in Tampa. We moved here in 1979 on a wing and a prayer that we knew what we were doing. I decided to do something that could be fun, but more importantly, could be helpful to people. Buying or Selling a home today can be frustrating to say the least. My goal is to help you through it and make the process as smooth and painfree as possible

Patricia has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1979 when she moved here from New Jersey with her husband, Ralph. They owned a successful business together until 2005 when they sold it. She decided that it would be fulfilling to work in a field where she could give back to people by providing a service to them and she selected the Real Estate industry. Providing answers to Real Estate questions and solving the needs of both Buyers and Sellers is what Pat does. She is dedicated to her clients and will work with equal diligence on all sales, no matter what the size. At The Mall House, agents work all aspects of the Real Estate market, but excell as New Home Consultants working with New Builder Homes. Pat will be happy to work with you as an envoy with any builder in the area or help you with the sale or purchase of an existing home.
