MSW, Social Work: Policy, Non-Profit Development and Community OrganizingMuch of my time at the University of Michigan was focused on social policy and family law, especially as it relates to GLBT youth and the children of GLBT parents. I collaborated with two of my colleagues (Sara Crider and Shannon Johnson) to produce a second parent adoption briefing book for the Coalition for Adoption Rights Equality (CARE). CARE continues to use this booklet as an educational tool for state legislators and the general public.
