Where did you grow up? "I grew up in West Chester, Pennsylvania and moved to Boulder in 1999." What do you love about Colorado? "Well, that's a loaded question! I'll try to keep it brief: we have some of the best outdoor recreation in the world, we have more than three hundred days of sun each year, we're the third most educated state in the nation, we're ranked in the top five of the nation for entrepreneurial activity and we have a relatively low cost of living. All of that adds up to happy, friendly people everywhere you go!" What got you into real estate? "I had initially got into real estate for investment purposes, specifically buy and holds as well as fix and flips. I eventually decided to obtain my real estate license and found myself getting a real sense of pleasure in helping my friends and family get the best deals on homes and investment properties." What knowledge would you share with those looking to buy or sell within Boulder County? "I'd say that they should do their due-diligence. Both buyers and sellers have some of the most important decisions to make at that time in their lives. They should seek out a full time real estate professional that is focused within a specific geographic area, is confident, has experience under his or her belt, understands and uses the latest technology to their clients advantage, is a strong listener and believes in the power of both negotiations and marketing."
