Routing Medical Images Within A Computer Network

View page
US Patent:
20020023172, Feb 21, 2002
Filed:
Jul 24, 2001
Appl. No.:
09/911844
Inventors:
David Gendron - Coon Rapids MN, US
Dale Kingsbury - Little Canada MN, US
Jeffrey Romatoski - Woodbury MN, US
Larry Sitka - Stillwater MN, US
International Classification:
G06F015/173
US Classification:
709/238000
Abstract:
A router includes a computer-readable medium storing routing information mapping destinations to routes within a medical imaging network, and storing a set of routing rules. A routing module executing within an operating environment provided by the router selects a route from the routing information based on destination information of a network communication and a comparison of medical imaging data of the network communication to the set of routing rules. The module parses the medical imaging data to identify a set of DICOM tags and corresponding data; and assesses the routing rules based on the DICOM tags and corresponding data.

Asset Communication Format Within A Computer Network

US Patent:
20020028007, Mar 7, 2002
Filed:
Jul 24, 2001
Appl. No.:
09/911846
Inventors:
David Gendron - Coon Rapids MN, US
Dale Kingsbury - Little Canada MN, US
Jeffrey Romatoski - Woodbury MN, US
Larry Sitka - Stillwater MN, US
International Classification:
G06K009/00
US Classification:
382/128000
Abstract:
A communication format and protocol is described for routing and storage “asset” within a computer network. The assets conform to a format in which a first data structure that stores asset meta information to control routing of the asset through a medical imaging network. A second data structure that stores medical imaging information received from a medical imaging modality. A third data structure that stores pixel data received from the medical imaging modality. A fourth data structure that stores patch data that includes modifications to the medical imaging information. A fifth data structure that stores error detection and correction information.

Routing And Storage Within A Computer Network

US Patent:
20020035638, Mar 21, 2002
Filed:
Jul 24, 2001
Appl. No.:
09/911847
Inventors:
David Gendron - Coon Rapids MN, US
Dale Kingsbury - Little Canada MN, US
Jeffrey Romatoski - Woodbury MN, US
Larry Sitka - Stillwater MN, US
International Classification:
G06F015/16
US Classification:
709/238000, 709/201000
Abstract:
A router includes a computer-readable medium storing routing information mapping destinations to routes within a network. A storage manager software module executing within an operating environment provided by the router receives a network communication including an asset having a pixel data and non-pixel data, and stores the asset to a storage device. A validation software module validates the non-pixel data in parallel with the storage of the asset. A routing module forwards the storage asset to a network destination in accordance with the routing information upon the validation of the non-pixel data.

Reconciling Assets Within A Computer Network

US Patent:
20020038381, Mar 28, 2002
Filed:
Jul 24, 2001
Appl. No.:
09/911849
Inventors:
David Gendron - Coon Rapids MN, US
Dale Kingsbury - Little Canada MN, US
Jeffrey Romatoski - Woodbury MN, US
Larry Sitka - Stillwater MN, US
International Classification:
G06F015/16
US Classification:
709/238000, 709/203000
Abstract:
A router includes a computer-readable medium storing routing information for destination within a network. A verification module executing within an operating environment provided by the router validates data of a network communication. A reconciliation manager displays a user interface for reconciling any invalid data. A routing module forwards the network communication to a destination according to the routing information.

System And Methods Of Managing Content In One Or More Networked Repositories During A Network Downtime Condition

View page
US Patent:
20170085668, Mar 23, 2017
Filed:
Nov 30, 2016
Appl. No.:
15/365446
Inventors:
- Meyrin, CH
Jeffrey Allen Romatoski - Woodbury MN, US
Razvan Atanasiu - Victoria MN, US
International Classification:
H04L 29/08
Abstract:
A non-transitory readable storage medium storing one or more instructions that, when executed by the computer, cause the computer to perform a method of managing content and associated metadata in a network by a cache repository. The method comprises receiving content and associated data from a content source located in a local network of an edge facility; storing the content in the cache repository located in the local network of the edge facility; sending the content to an active repository remote from the local network of the edge facility for storage; and determining if a connection to the remote repository can be established in the network. If the connection to the active repository can be established, the method includes retrieving by the cache repository the content from the active repository; and if the connection to the active repository cannot be established, the method retrieves the content from the backup repository.

System And Methods Of Backing Up And Restoring Database Objects

View page
US Patent:
20160246687, Aug 25, 2016
Filed:
Feb 25, 2016
Appl. No.:
15/053875
Inventors:
- Meyrin, CH
David Pierre Gendron - Coon Rapids MN, US
Jeffrey Allen Romatoski - Woodbury MN, US
Larry Robert Sitka - Stillwater MN, US
Razvan Atanasiu - Victoria MN, US
International Classification:
G06F 11/14
G06F 17/30
Abstract:
A system and methods for backing up and restoring updates to metadata of files stored in a database are disclosed. One example embodiment of the method includes entering the updates to the metadata of the one or more files into a first database table; generating a backup file of the first database table; and restoring the updates to the metadata to the one or more files using the backup file. Restoring the updates may include creating a recovery table populated with data from the backup file; determining the one or more files to apply the updates to by searching the recovery table for an identifier of the one or more files; and adding the updates to the metadata from the recovery table to the corresponding one or more files that matches the identifier identified from the recovery table.
