"Mrs. New York, International '95", I have modeled fitness and swimwear for 23 years (most of my success happened after having 3 children) My belief is that when you put your mind to something--anything is possible!! Being in the fitness industry has allowed me to become a role model to many women over the years, which I have enjoyed more than anything else..I have competed in figure competitions placing top 5 in every show against women 10 years younger (and without children!), I have enjoyed being published in over 40 National and International magazines, with over 400 magazine layouts...I have Spokesmodeled for many fitness and nutrition companies, and have made appearances at many shows both in the US and over seas. I have also enjoyed being a personal trainer and a life coach as well. I am currently attending college for my bachelors degree, and I would like to open a private therapy practice in the future.
