For the pastten years, Deborah Libster has been one of the top performers in the east Fort Lauderdale real estate market. Her accomplishments include selling the highest priced condominium ever on the Las Olas Isles, selling the most transactions in a year on the Las Olas Isles, and achieving superlative sales results, elevating her as one of the top producers in the area. Prior to working in residential real estate in Fort Lauderdale, Deborah was involved in marketing and sales for luxury hotels.. Ms Libster was a founding member and principal of three separate hotel ownership and management companies where she led the sales and marketing teams, as well as participated in the corporate development function of buying and selling hotels. She helped pioneer the concept of purchasing hotels and then converting them to condo hotels, as well as purchasing apartment buildings and converting them to hotels. She also assisted with the marketing of an independent boutique Brokerage firm that was owned by one of the hotel owners in her company's portfolio of hotels. Deborah is a natural born competitor. As a child she became a competitive swimmer which earned her athletic scholarship to college. She later realized a lifetime dream of owning a horse and participating in dressage competitions. Today, besides enjoying the competitive nature of the Real Estate business, Deborah owns, trains, and shows her Champion French Bulldogs.
