About:
This year Craig is celebrating his eighth year as a New York City real estate broker. Over the years he has experienced a vast array of the marketplace, enjoying its upturns and surviving its downturns and recognizes the importance of being well educated and well informed in this ever-changing field. Craig recognizes that every transaction is different just as he understands every buyer and every seller has their own needs, desires and dreams. His hope is to fulfill those dreams. Born, raised and schooled in upstate New York, Craig made his way to the city in 1979. After graduating college and exploring his interest in photography at Syracuse Universitys New House School, Craig moved to Manhattan to start a life in music and photography. Once here, he focused solely on music for the next decade, carving out a small niche for himself in the downtown New York music scene. Craig has also experienced life as an entrepreneur. He has co-owned a neighborhood landmark bar in the East Village, co-managed and cooked at his own restaurant/wine bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and has worked as a contractor and carpenter, renovating apartments and commercial spaces in Manhattan and Brooklyn alike. It is through these endeavors that Craig has honed his skills and decorating/staging sense which he constantly brings to use in his real estate career. He is often able to see a jewel in the rough and gets excited at the thought of helping a seller or buyer make those little, special, but all-too-important changes that make an apartment stand out from all the rest and shine. Today in this unprecedented market, EVERYTHING COUNTS. When not hard at work, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife Judy, an Associate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens, and their dog and two cats and is still involved in music, cooking, crossword puzzles and looking for yet another project to do around the house. Through the years, when so many have come and so many have gone, he is proud to be among the brokers who have endured.
