Hi, My name is Coleen Polillio and I'm a real estate agent serving the South Shore Area of Massachusetts. I'm been selling real estate since 2005 and prior to that I was a Real Estate Title Examiner. In January 2011, I was elected by my real estate peers to serve on the Tri-County Board of Realtors® as Director. The board's objective is to unite real estate agents for the purpose of protecting and advancing Real Estate interest, and to adopt and enforce regulations with respect to the conduct of the real estate business and standards of conduct in accordance with the laws and ethics of the National Association of Real Estate Boards. Being on this Board allows me to better further my education of real estate law. As for my sales this year, I have had one of my most productive years so far. I've been involved in the sales of a variety of properties from new construction, land, short sales, foreclosures, auctions, rental properties to regular home sales. This year I'm finishing in the Top 100 for real estate agents in eastern New England .I have also made the Century 21 Masters Awards Program, an exclusive recognition program for sales associates. I expect another great year for 2012 with current mortgage rates at a record low.
