I want to make sure that you will qualify for a Home Loan before I look at your credit. There is no use in pulling the credit if the income is not going to allow you to get the financing you need. I go thru a series of questions about your income and expenses to make sure that all thenumbers work. Once we know that, we then get the application and credit. It is actually a very simple and easy process. I make it that way! I take care of getting Surveys, Insurance Quotes, etc so that you do not have to worry about those things. You will ALWAYS have the say on acceptance of everything. Nothing is done without your approval. No costs are incurred until everything is in place and ready to go. Getting your financing in line BEFORE looking for a home is always a much better way and much less disappointing and stressful.
