Carolynn Cozen has been active in buying, selling and investing in Southern California real estate for over 25 years. With a background in interior design, fashion and architecture, Carolynn brings unique perspective and understanding to each of her clients - whether identifying a home, a lifestyle or a great investment opportunity. Carolynn began her career in real estate in the late 80s fixing up homes and investment properties with her husband Kevin, a builder and an active member of the local architecture scene. Carolynn initially focused more on the design and lifestyle aspects of each projects and quickly developed a passion for finding the perfect property. After having two daughters educated through the Santa Monica/Malibu school district, she rooted herself in this unique community. Encouraged by family and friends consulting with her on their real estate purchases and sales, Carolynn’s transition into brokerage was very natural. Building on her strong foundation of experience with the latest technology and market knowledge, Carolynn confidently represents and negotiates for her clients. Over the years, she has successfully closed deals ranging from homes in Malibu and the Westside, to coastal getaways in Ventura Beach and vacation homes in Palm Springs.
