I can assist buyers and sellers of real estate in different ways than most other agents. For over 25 years I practiced architecture and led a firm with two offices and about 35 employees. In 1999 I sold the practice and led the South Florida offices for an Orlando based General Contractor and a Texas based multi-service construction management company. That gave me the experience and confidence to begin investing in real estate and eventually become a Realtor. I graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Architecture (5 yr. professional degree). I hold Florida licenses in Real Estate & Architecture. Before becoming a full time Realtor, I held several positions that prepared me to be a real estate professional. I practiced architecture for 25 years and co-founded a firm that grew to become one of the Top 25 Architectural Firms in South Florida, as recognized by the South Florida Business Journal. I sold my practice in 1999 and led two construction companies in South Florida and in 2003 started investing in real estate - that led me to becoming a Realtor.
