I enjoy Santa Cruz County, it has everything anyone could want! I'm a native Califorian & have always loved the Monterey Bay Area. So many microclimates to choose from! We are out door type people here in SCZ and participate in lots of activities! Including Mt.Biking, Hiking,Photographing, Surfing, Jogging or just Beaching.I believe SantaCruz was voted one of the top ten healthy cities by someone. I'll get back to you on that. I Would list them but there are to many, and it would be hard to show prefferance! We have the best Winnerys too. Bonny Dune, Baureguard, David Bruce, Alfarro,Bargetto, Stores, Salamandre, etc. All Excellent Vinters on Par or surpass the best Euro or northern Cal Vinters. Every year we have Special Car Events. The Concours De Elegance, Lugna Seca Raceway, Woodies on the Warf, Cherrys Jublie. Being close to Silicon Valley & the whole Bay Area is a real advantage too! Jobs are happening more & more.. in our huge job pool, Apple, Google, Adobie Systems, Orcale, Face Book, eBay, Seagate, Intell, AMD just to mention a few! Not to mention our amazing Medical Instutes, Research facilities. Local Hospitals Dominican & Sutter Home. Need we speak of our higher Learning Instutites like the UC system, UCSC Plus Stanford, San Jose State University, UC.San Francisco and all of our City and Junior Colleges. Cabrillo is a shining example in our Mid County area.
