I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1994. I have continually trained & maintained my license under the top Real Estate teachers in the nation. Leaders such as: Betty Armburst, Joe Stumpf, Brian Buffini, & well known real estate lawyers Damian Cox and Oliver Frascona, not to mention many others. I have also been a Residential Appraiser since 2006. Appraising has provided a strong perspective in understanding lender requirements for pricing and funding a loan on a property. Both licenses have given me a strong understanding of our Metro area Real Estate Industry. Additionally, I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors and Masters in Communication.
