I am from N.Y. and attended Farmingdale University, and Kennesaw State University studying business marketing. FHA/VA Certified from the Capstone Institute. I have been Managing Business Relationships—consistent with B2B Sales and within the origination realm for 20 years. While I have vast inside operations experience, underwriting, processing, secondary market, management, compliance law, quality control and training others; it all has been melted together, and has benefited me in many areas. As loan officers are required to continue the NMLS required education, my company provides continuous underwriting and guideline updates to keep us on our toes and up to date with all government guideline changes or amendments. Since the average person, who is a fist time home buyer tend to be very apprehensive about their first big financial decision, I try to take a more laid back approach. I feel like to the consumer market it alleviates, and possibly even eliminates the non-personal persona of a mortgage banker. Although always professional, and available to my clients, I also have the patience for the most uneducated buyer in the market. I strongly believe in providing detailed updates, product knowledge and patience to my clients, and realtors', and feel they are mandatory qualities to possess in a good salesperson in order to build trust and relationships among all clients.
